Newbies Brookie Posted August 16, 2006 Newbies Posted August 16, 2006 Hi guys, I have just got FMP 8.5 on trial for a company project. I am looking to track incoming collections and have set up a DB to help this process. What am I after OK i have 3 fields User ID, User name, User Phone: When i selct a user ID from the first drop down box(User ID) i want to auto populate the USer name and User phone? I have set up a seperate table with User ID, Name and Phone whic i have information in but i can not figure how to like them together. any help would be great. Thanks in advance Darren
K1200 Posted August 16, 2006 Posted August 16, 2006 Just a thought: If you're evaluating a trial copy of FileMaker and are within the first few weeks, you might try some one-on-one support from their pre-sales tech support. I found them to be very helpful in getting a foundation test database running before I purchased.
