digitaljunkie Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 OK so I recreated the nav buttons onto my header along with a record count field. But I have a script that is a goto and come back script, in which to come back you need to click continue or to stay there you click cancel in the status area. Is there any way to get these onto my recreated nav area in the database? If not is there a work around to only show the status area when the script requires it? I assume that show status area then hiding it will solve this issue?
faaslave Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Here is the reply i got when I asked that question. You can put navigation buttons on the layout to continue the script (resume script script step). They will work in preview mode. While i do use my own navigation system, i also use FM's side bar but only for printing. Dave
digitaljunkie Posted September 5, 2006 Author Posted September 5, 2006 a followup thought... can you make the resume script step button only appear if a script on that layout is paused? in other words you mirror the behaviour of the status area continue button (appearing and dissapearing when required).
aaa Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Hi,digitaljunkie . I think must help Show custom dialog script. Instead pausing use this script with necessary buttons.
