The FileMaker Pro Developer's Exchange will be meeting Tuesday, Sept 26 at 6:30 pm.

The topic of the meeting will be Scripting: Best Practices. This will be a panel format meeting: part presentation, and part Q&A. The Pre1 developers will be on the panel, and we'll invite others to join us as panelists as well. We'll present some of what we've learned about using the new FileMaker Pro features, including Script Variables and Object names, and how these features can be used to write better scripts. Also, we'll discuss consolidation of scripts for multi-file solutions.

Phil Smith from FileMaker will be present, and will sponsoring the food and drinks for this meeting. We're happy to buy Hot Lips pizza as usual, but I'm also open to suggestions for different fare.
