Hello,

I have a field called "contact id#" that is the link between two related tables I have. How do I make this field unique so that it is impossible to imput a contact id # in one record that is already being used in another?

I suggest you look at making this an auto enter serial and hiding it from the end user. Further, you can also make it unique -- both options will be available if you double click on the field in question when defining fields.
