I need to import a text file into filemaker daily. I am using scheduled tasks in XP to open a local filemaker database. This database runs a script when opened that opens a networked database and closes itself. When the network database opens a script runs that imports the data and then closes itself.

The issue is that when the task runs the local filemaker file either does not open, or it opens once but then will not open again. When I try to open the file manually I get a message that the file is in use and cannot be opened.

This is frusterating. Is there another way to go about it?
