75% of fields now missing

Hi,

I'm hoping somebody here might be able to help. I just pulled up a database that is being shared with server 7 and all of a sudden 75% of the fields are missing. There are what looks to be place holders in the define fields section, but most of the fields are now missing. The backup we have is to old, does anyone have any idea what could have caused this?

Go into layout mode and see if the place holders have the words 'Table missing' or something similiar in them.

If so it is probable that someone has moved a file, or removed a table occurance or file reference and the fields are effectively not available anymore
