I'd like the data entered in 1 field to cause options in other fields to automatically be selected. Can anybody explain and/or point me to a reference that explains how to do this? thanks!

depends on your overall process...many ways to do this...1st step would be creating some relationships bewteen tables...or using calc fields or lookup fields.

Post more abot the logical process of it all if you are looking for more detailed help.
