Hi there

Thanks for your post. I sort I off get what you mean.... I am not very good at relationships

Do I need to create a relationships in the define area??? through tables?

Don't I need to relate back to my "client" table as that is what the "Client_People" is tied to?

I tryed to work in the script area to open the data in a layout I need..... but the right layout "Client log" does not seem to show up with the related data that need

Sorry still a bit lost...

thanks for your help

Cheers

HI- I didn't have time this morning to modify the file and send it back- then tonight, I had a freaky Haloween occurance with stuffit, and cannot compress the file to send you. It is really quick and simple, so I just took screenshots of the two changes you need to make. You need to change the layout setup for client log to show records from client people, and change the GTRR in the personal log script to go to records from client people. Hope this is what you're after !
