not showing next portal

hi,

I have a portal with a small graphic in it and a few checkboxes for the user to check. Everytime a portal row is added FM automatically adds the next empty row. For printing this looks a bit messy as there's always an empty graphic in the next empty portal row. Am I missing (again!) a simple solution to this?

When you print, change to a layout with a different portal without the blank row.

thank Vaughn but I'm not sure how that helps. If they can have multiple rows (up to 6) how do I cut off the portal?

The solution is not to print from a layout with a portal, print from the related file. There you can create any layout look you wish. -bd
