Anyone know if the webviewer show pdf files already on your computer? If so what is the format that needs to go into the web viewer fields?

Just reference your local file path for the webviewer, or the file path can be set with a field and the webviewer can reference that. This is not a real one, its just a sample. 

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/User/My%20Documents/SOMEPDF.pdf

You can use Get ( DocumentsPath ), Get ( DesktopPath ) to get files in default My documents and Desktop paths if you would like.
