Salesman0Gil Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I understand that you can use Ctrl 1-0 to activate scripts. Is there anyway to create more shortcut keys to activate scripts?
Søren Dyhr Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Yes your clients tool let's you remap the shortcuts. Just beware that some are due to discourse associated more closely to metaphor than others. --sd
Salesman0Gil Posted November 14, 2006 Author Posted November 14, 2006 I'm sorry but I will need more explanation.. I'm new to using Advanced, and have not found all the tools available to me as of yet.
Søren Dyhr Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I havn't used it for anything usefull yet, but try if you can lay your hands on a copy of: http://www.amazon.com/dp/0789735121?tag=fmforums-20&camp=15309&creative=331469&linkCode=st1&creativeASIN=0789735121&adid=1MXH3B6R0G7KDQDAG5C6& Where you on page 381 gets the recipee, for making a menu from scratch including shortcuts. --sd
John Mark Osborne Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 What about using Custom Menus? You can change menu items to run your scripts and modify or add your keyboard equivalents to them. You'll find Custom Menus under the Tools menu.
Søren Dyhr Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Ehm! It was what I tried to suggest ...only my expirience with them is zero, and lays in the interface dept. of the teamwork I'm in. --sd
Salesman0Gil Posted November 14, 2006 Author Posted November 14, 2006 Thank you both for your time. Custom Menus did the trick.
