I have 1200 people who have to do 4 tasks. I want to create a modification date for each of the tasks. I created 4 date fields with different names with the option of modification. Of course when I change one of the event scores all the dates change. I want to link the each date to one specific task. When I update the task for one person, I just want the date to change for the one task and the one person who retested the task not the entire group of 1200.

For example, I do 15 push ups today. When I record that score for me, I want the date to modify to today's date (nothing will happen to the dates in the other three tasks) and I will be the only one the date will change for of 1200 people in the data base.
