Hi, I want to setup so that when i press tab on keyboard the cursor move to a specific field. can someone let me know if this possible

You control cursor movement on a layout either with Tab Order or Field Control > Behavior > Go to Next Object using Tab, Return or Enter. Tab Order is specified under Layouts > Set Tab Order.

If you wish to fire a script upon tabbing or exiting from a field then you'll need an event plug-in.
