Getsummary returns ? question marks

How do I get rid of or hide question marks. I'm summarizing store audits. Each store gets scored on their audits. If they have no audits during one particular month, the getsummary function returns a question mark that I can't seem to hide. Can anyone help? thanks! Bob

You can try formatting the display by selecting the field in question in layout mode and then format>number drop down menu. There you will have an option to 'not display if figure is zero'.

I think that I had a similiar problem though and if my memory serves me well I had to set the source fields to '0' so that the summary field had something to work with. I think at least I got a nought displaying instead of a ?. Sorry to be a bit vague but it was a few years back now.
