Rosie
Hi I've got a runtime version which has been distributed on CD. I've got one user on a Sony laptop (Win XP) who cannot open the file. She gets the error 'failed to initialize (0xc0000005)'. I've tried running another copy from my USB drive but get the same thing. She is also running FM6 and this is developed in 8 but that shouldn't make any difference if its bound, presumably. I developed the application on a Sony laptop running 6 and 8 (with Win XP), and the runtimes ran fine. All dlls appear to be there correctly. Any ideas anyone please? Many thanks, Rosie.
