Prints one page and error

I did a search of my database and have 7 records I would like to print that I have merged into a letter format. I print and preview the pages, all looks fine. When I hit print, it prints the first page and the there is printer error and I have to shut off the printer or hit the continue button. When I hit the continue button, it prints the first page again and I am back where I started, with the error on the printer. Any suggestions?

Run it to PDF. If you can view the PDF okay then it must be the printer driver.
