How do I create an OR in Find Mode?

I am performing a Find on three fields.

I want to create a logical OR that will return the record if anything ("*") is in either of the fields. Right now, it just creates an AND.

Any ideas?

Provided all fields are present on the layout, would I do it scripted like the above.
