Browsing topics, I remembered another question I had, but couldn't find quite the answer that helped me understand.

When creating a runtime, I always have to go in and change the new files to "Read & Write" in order for them to work on another computer.

Any way I can make this a default setting?

Also all of the languages in the runtimes have to be unlocked before I trash them. Kind of annoying. Any way to stop that too?
