jbullydawg Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 How do I go about increasing the list of known fonts FileMaker recognizes on a particular machine? I have one computer that has all the fonts in its fonts folder that were used in creating the layouts in one of our systems. However, FM only lists 3 fonts it recognizes. Oddly, the layouts look fine as FM subs for one of the fonts it knows. The problem lies in printing. IF Fm doesn't have the font it prints meanignless garbled messes. Any ideas on how to add more fonts the the FM list? Thank you.
Inky Phil Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 If I understand you correctly then file menu> fonts> configure more fonts should do it Phil
jbullydawg Posted January 5, 2007 Author Posted January 5, 2007 We're using FM 7 and that option doesn't seem to be available. I went into the Fonts tab under Preferences but nothing there would alter the font list made available.
Raybaudi Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Hi while in Layout Mode go to: Format >> Font >> Configure/More Fonts...
