I get the following error: Jan 26 12:43:00 server.local INFO: Starting FileMaker Server 5.5 on Mac OS X ... Jan 26 12:43:01 server.local INFO: TCP/IP network initialization failed; the TCP/IP address is already in use or an address could not be obtained. Jan 26 12:43:01 server.local INFO: FileMaker Server quitting! Network initialization failed; an unexpected error occurred. Jan 26 12:43:06 server.local INFO: Shut down. The IP address is unique (dhcp)... Mac Mini 10.4.8 ( i have the same config deployed elsewhere) Any other ideas? Many thanks Stuart Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ender Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 I'd suggest using a static IP. First ping the proposed IP Address to make sure there's nothing already using it.
