I want to create a monthly billing for my modest rental property that keeps track of past months history.

Can you please point me to the basic proceedure to create the history of billing.

here are some commercially available solutions related to "rental properties"

However if it is simply keeping track of amounts paid and rental history or ability

to generate "upcoming billing" shouldn't be too difficult.
