Hello, how do i duplicate the portal row, my portal is on a JOB layout. i have used Duplicae record/ request. this duplicates the portal row but sometimes this will create a new JOB instead.

i have also set up a script that goes to next portal row/next then create new record '/ request but this does not work either.

a) Is the button in the portal row?

It's a lot better to go to the table in question and create the record than to try and duplicate a portal row.

thanks genx yes it is in the portal row and it works, but if i click the same portal button twice it will create a new job, but if i click another button for ie 1 click for each button it works, any chance of validating the button for a 1 click workaround.

okay i think i fixed the new JOB issue i have created a script.

and it seems to work but i get a screen refresh which is a bit annoying. :laugh:
