Big problem printing labels

I have created a mailing label layout for output on a laser printer. In preview view, my layout shows 2 columns and 8 rows of mailing labels - just as I've designed it. I can flip through the pages in preview view and all the records change. However, when I go to print my labels, I click preview and I only have 1 label showing which is the current record.

What am I doing wrong?
