Combining Portals

Hello,

I've created an inventory database and I've come up against a problem with my portals. What I've done is set up 3 tables, Supplies, Ordering, and Inventory. I've combined all three of these tables into one layout using tabs. The layout header shows the Supply table, and the layout has 2 tabs, ordering and inventory. Inventory records are created by selecting what you ordered from the ordering tab. (See Attached)

My problem lies with the inventory tab. I want to see the inventory and where we got it from. But the way I have set up the portal it shows where the first record was ordered from for all of the inventory records.

Does anyone know how to have it display the correct vendor for the inventory items?
