Is it possible to show a custom splash screen when the file is opened?

I've searched around the forums, but didn't come up with anything.

You can simulate it by creating a layout with your graphics and text. Then, create a script:

Go to Layout ["Splash" (MYTABLE)]

Pause/Resume Script [Dureation (seconds): Time (0; 0; 3)]

Go to Layout ["Data Entry" (MYTABLE)]
