I'm still confused out of my head about this option.. If it is checked, will the script be able to access all fields even if access to those fields aren't available for the privilege set running the script.. The same question re importing / exporting etc.

yes, the script will act as the Admin

So it can pretty much do anything regardless of the privilege set executing it?

But it's only available if a full access account creates it?

Just one other point about running scripts with full access.

If by any chance you are running a solution that is kiosked (ie desktop blacked out for all non admin accounts) running a script with full admin can make your solution come out of kiosk mode and leave it in that state
