I have tried every piece of advice I have gotten, but I still can't get my script to work on a browser. I've tried the -script tag, I've tried the a href link. Nothing will make it work! It works in the database, I checked, I uploaded the HomePage site and it doesn't work. What's happening?

If you can help, e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll send you the code I have. I can't figure out why it won't work. Thanks for any help and patience.

Can a calculation field generate the number instead? That way the value can be entered using an autoenter (or a hidden field in a web form) and you can avoid the use of scripts completely.
