Multiple entries in the same field

Hi

Anyone know if it is possible to enter and save data using the same field(s)?

For example, if you had 100 weather temperatures to record, so in the first field you enter the time of day, in the second field you enter the temperature then click a button to save this information. Then you enter the next figures in the same fields..?
