Import MEMO field from DBF

It appears FMPv8.5 importing a FoxPro DBF file with its accompaning FPT that is the MEMO variable field... FMP say missing DBT file...

SO any ideas.. I tried renaming but it only allows for me to continue, not accepting field. I can get other fields to a new FM table but need this add from the memo field as well.

Any tricks avail
