**Need help creating list**

I need help to create list based off of a selection in a field. For instance. If an employee selects that a client is "confirmed by phone" I want it to populate that record in a list on another page layout that I create. Or if an employee selects "confirmed by email" it should populate another list. I have a few other selections to, but that is the idea.
