Newbies willyton Posted March 16, 2007 Newbies Posted March 16, 2007 Is there a way to export scripts to a file?
Lee Smith Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Hi willyton, and Welcome to the Forum. You can import a script from one file to another, but you can not export it. You can print the script as a PDF. On the Mac, you can print to Preview, and than that can be copied and pasted. I'm not sure if this is available on Windows, I'm sure that one of our Widow users will let us know. HTH Lee
Steverino Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 If you have Advanced, you can also create a developer's report, and cut and paste from there.

Newbies Jack R. Lewis Posted May 17, 2007 Newbies Posted May 17, 2007 So, how to automate (i.e., from the command line) the "printing" of scripts? I have about 50 FP7 files, all of which have scripts (some several dozen scripts!), in a fileset, and 6 filesets to compare scripts among (server/client, development/test/production). Letting my fingers do the (produce the DDR) walking is not an option... Any ideas on automating dumping the scripts to text files?
