How can I find a local person who knows Filemaker?

I am new to Filemaker, and getting pretty frustrated trying to figure out to get it to do what I need it to. I'm a graduate student and need to get the data in my database analyzed so I can start writing my thesis, but am stumped at the moment as to how to do this. I feel like I have too many questions to post them all here, and none of the Filemaker books or online documents I've found are really all that much help.

I would absolutely love to sit down with someone knowledgable who lives in my area and to ask some basic questions. Do you know how I could find such a person? I live in Madison, Wisconsin.
