Steverino Posted March 20, 2007 Share Posted March 20, 2007 From the directions for Server 8, it appears that the server can run some plug-ins -- but the instructions are vague. Does anybody know how to employ this feature? Can you use any plug-ins, or just special ones? Can you activate a server plug-in from the client? What products are on the market using these plug-ins? Genx Posted March 20, 2007 Share Posted March 20, 2007 Dump it in the plugins folder on the server install. Specials ones and Yes you can activate a server plug-in from the client. Wim Decorte Posted March 20, 2007 Share Posted March 20, 2007 The troi encryptor and Xm Chart plus a custom one I've used on the server and also in IWP and CWP. On OSX: make sure to check the permissions! Take the xDBC plugin as your guide for that.
