Drop Down Layout List

I want to recreate the drop down layout list that's on the status bar that only shows the layouts available to each user based on their access.

I tried to find other topics but did not see any (probably there, just blind).

Maybe these links can help you. You would need to dynamically create the list for the available layouts though based on priv set.
