Hi, I have an email address database with three layouts. All three layouts display the same name and email address but different qualifiers (e.g. layout 1 - Safety Committees -- name, email, position, name of safety committee; layout 2 - Mgmt Committee -- name, email, position, name of mgmt committee)

I created my layouts to display in list view. Now, is it possible to selectively display records in the different layouts?

the reason I'm asking is that there are people that occur in both, safety and mgmt committees, and I do want those to show up in each layout, however there are those, that only belong of the layouts, however they also show up in the other .. (when show all records is selected) .. Is there a way to specify the records shown in 'list view' that would allow me to filter for the wanted records only?

thanks!

If I understand your question, you want to view these records 3 ways: each of the 2 catagories and then the ones that appear in both.

You either need to create scripts attached to buttons on the layouts that perform finds for each of your qualifiers or you need to use portals and create relationships based on your qualifiers.
