Convert Number To Text

I searched and was not able to find an answer.

I have a number field that I want to return as text, and I want to force 2 dec places. ie 10.00, I do not want to change to 10, or 10.10 to change to 10.1...

I know I am missing something simple here...

Any help would be great..
