I want to duplicate a record for data entry speed but I want to make sure certain fields are left blank i.e. I have a ticketing system linked to financial system, I want to duplicate an old ticket for a new similar job but dont want to duplicate its billed status - defined by an invoiced checkbox? in otherwords all the details are identical except this checkbox is defaulted to unticked.
