If I have a text field called "field_1" in my filemaker db, and I want "field_2" to contain the text from "field_1" but in ISO-8859-1 format, is there any calculation that will automatically convert the text to ISO-8859-1?

I'm not familiar with ISO-8859-1, you might get more help if we had a sample of the before and after.
