I have a contact database that contains customers and some non customers-bill to contacts, load at and deliver to locations. Each entry is assigned a descriptor via checkboxes:

Customer

Bill To

Load At

Deliver To

Sometimes one entry can have multiple descriptor.

I have a set of value lists that use the contact database data.

Is there a way to make each value list show only the contacts that pertain to it?

For example:

The Bill To value list shows contacts that have the Bill To descriptor checked - that way when the person is in Bill To, they only see contacts that have the Bill To descriptor checked

The Customer value list shows contacts that have the Customer descriptor checked - same here

The Load At value list shows contacts that have the Load At descriptor checked - etc

etc, etc, etc

Is that possible?
