same record, two tables

i've created two tables which relate to each

other via a job number record. my question is

how can i make it so once im on a selected entry

in my schedule table, the same record is already

open in my job specs table? currently i have to do

a find file to show the same record. any help would be much appreciated. i've attached the file to this post.

I took a quick look at the file all you really need to do is change the button for "Job Specs" to be a Go to Related Record and choose the relationship for the Job Specs table and the Job Specs layout.
