We are using Citrix presentation server 4.5 and Filemaker 8.5. When a user connects to filemaker thru citrix, Citrix will map the local printer. So when in filemaker thru citrix I can see my local printer but cannot print to it. It goes thru the motions as if printing but nothing happens .Tested other apps like word, excel, wordpad etc.. and everything works fine. Any ideas?
