portal printing long lists?

Hi

I'm just looking at a database setup by somebody else

I've got a portal on a layout used for printing. It is set to have 35 rows. Is there any way I can set it so that it automatically grows in size if there are more than 35 rows?

Hi Adri

This is one of the problems with printing a layout with a portal in it and I am afraid that No is the answer.

What you might be best doing is switching to a layout that shows records from the table that the portal shows records from. When there you can change to list view which will automatically expand and contract with the number of records
