City automatically entered from postcode

hi, i'm pretty sure it's really basic to do but how do i make something that will automatically enter the city from the postcode.

As in...I enter 98800 and the city will be NOUMEA...I also want the list to be evolutive so if i enter a new postcode for a new city, next time, it will automatically do it.

Make the field city a lookup field base on the relationship between Zip Code in the two tables.
