I need to find people who only have E-Mail

Greetings!

Beginner data entry executive assistant here.

I have no problem finding all records that have e-mail (in the e-mail field i type ">0").

However, I want to find records that only have e-mail; that is, they have e-mail but not phone numbers.

I have no idea how to do this. Any help would be much appreciated.

1. go to find mode.

2. Enter "*" in the email field (will find any records that have text in the email field)

3. Enter "=" in the phone field (will find records that phone is empty).

Click Find

(two search criteria at once narrows the search)
