Hi there,

I have a checkbox set of several provinces. I have created a calculation field that takes the selected provinces puts them into a list separated by commas.

NOW - I am wondering if there is a way to also sort the provinces in alphabetical order. Currently the order they appear in is the order that they were selected.

Is there anyway to set up a calculation that will sort the values of my province field?

Alternatively, if I could script it that would be fine too. I just need my final result to be the selected values (provinces) in alphabetical order separated by commas for each record.

It is difficult (for me) to explain, but you should be able to figure it out.

Thanks for your help. I copied exactly what you did but I am getting "," as a result.

Make sure the value list name (in quotes) matches exactly the name you have given to YOUR value list.
