I am currently using a value lists for a project and quite new to FM. The value list is getting data from another table first field is our internal product id and also displaying from the same table the name of the product. A product can have the same name but a different id when coming from a different supplier.

My problem is when I either sort by the second field or tick the "show valuses only from second field" some of the products vanish from the value list. The ones with the exact same product name but also ones with same product name beginning.

Any advice?

Is your second field you are displaying in the value list one that is pulling data from another relationship via a calculation? I'm not enough of an expert to be able to visualize what is happening for you, but I would suspect its an issue with one of your relationships.
