Hi all, have you found or are using, any "must have" tools for converting/updating FileMaker 5.5/6 database solutions into FileMaker 8.x versions? Any suggestions for tools or techniques to do the best and fastest job of upgrading an older solution would be appreciated. - Thanks

MetadataMagic from nmci.com is great for any large solution, especially the File Reference Fixer.

For post-conversion consolidation (and any work in general), the Advanced version of FileMaker Pro is the best way to go.

If you want to use a tool to assist you for conversion, I would recommend using this product.
