Hi Mac using trying to get a runtime to work in Vista (running 8.5v2) but nothing opens when I click on either the runtime app or the file. Any ideas? thanks. Also runtime app doesnt install with an .exe extension is that normal?

Runtimes are platform-specific: you have to create a Windows and MacOS version separately.

The Windows runtime needs to be created from within Windows. If you're on a Mac you can use Parallels, VirtualPC or some other emulation/virtualisation software, or use Bootcamp on an Intel Mac to boot into Windows.
