xml and plotting multiple addresses on Google maps

I am asking if anyone here has had any experience using xml to plot multiple locations on a google map or similar online map.

I am trying to do this and I just realized it might be possible with xml. I just don't know how to use it.

This can be done by creating a .kml file.
