Hi

I have a layout with header,1 sub summary part, body, 1 sub summry part, trailing grand summary and a footer.

Trailing Grand Summary diplays a portal. The fields in the portal are defiend to "Slide Up "All Above" and also "reduce the size of the enclosed part" but when I view in Preview mode, the fields do not slide up which gives a big gap in between records in the portal.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Portals in a Sub-Summary report?

Portals never print well, that's why it's always recommended to print the related records from a list layout based on the related TO.

Sliding/Printing can decrease the number of portal rows, but that's all. Portal rows always print the same row height.
